CANCELLING AN ONLINE ORDER
You can cancel an order online as long as it has not been shipped by phone Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 1-450-993-0956 or by email commande@affinite.ca.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
You must inform us of the problem within 5 days by telephone Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 1-450-993-0956 or by email commande@affinite.ca. Please have in your possession or send us any material element likely to help us understand the nature of the problem (i.e. if it is a breakage, attach a photo). We will make an agreement with you as to whether or not to return the item. If you must return, at our request, a damaged or defective product or if you have chosen a replacement, the costs of returning or shipping the replacement product are at our expense.

Perfection: Bio-molecular formula of Marine Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C, specially designed to maximize the bioavailability of precursor nutrients in the dermis matrix. It is therefore an ideal combination for the prevention and treatment of aging skin. The formulation comes in the form of a liquid gel sachet ready to be diluted in water.

Perfection also provides a supply of Hyaluronic Acid – a molecule universally recognized as the ultimate moisturizing agent, absorbable both internally and topically. Significant concentrations of this molecule are found in all layers of the skin and necessarily in the most visible layer – the epidermis. Note that Hyaluronic Acid in synergy with collagen chains erects the so-called extracellular matrix, this viscous structure that is an integral part of the skin.
Perfection contains vitamin C, this vitamin remains an essential cofactor in the formation of hydroxyproline, a unique amino acid that is responsible for the physicochemical stability of the collagen triple helix.
